Apple and Rhubarb Pie

New season Pink Lady and Granny Smith Apples are laced with Orange poached Rhubarb and stuffed into a gorgeous, flaky pastry.

A wonderful pastry lattice and a raw sugar crust finish the pie before it's baked for 90 minutes and finished with icing sugar.

Serves 8-10.
